It takes mostly time to put together this crazy thing that we do (I like to say “we” because I see the VDS experience as something we all do together), but there are a few things that cost money in order to make sure VDS continues to be what we’ve come to expect.

VDS Operating budget:

1. Adobe Connect monthly subscription with 1 host - $55/month
2. Domain name registration for virtualds.org - $12/year
3. “Swag” for special guests - ~$8/month (currently specially made VDS Surlys that you can only get by being a special guest) 

See? Not much, that only totals out to $768/yea!
